EPISODE 6 - NEWS, VIEWS, PICTURES & LINKS FROM THE SHOW

Jason Dawe and Penny Mallory present another great episode of the Used Car Roadshow assisted by Zoë Hardman and Chris Piper.

This week the hunt is on for Sally Edwards who is looking for a people carrier, the budget is £5,000 and Penny and Jason are confident that they can find something a bit special to make Sally smile. Air con and CD player are top priority but Jason also tempts her with a very pretty Renault complete with leather upholstery.

Jason is fulfilling another Teenage kick this week as he casts his eye over a Rover Vitesse. Now as Jason will tell you there are some pretty doggy examples out there in the classifieds but the owner that lent his car for the feature proves that you can also still find some beautiful examples! The car looked stunning and even after a bit of restoration work the owner reckoned it still owed him around £2,500.

Free Motoring candidate: the Porsche 924

This weeks Body and Soul slot is a very special Citroen Saxo. A popular car amongst the tuning and pimping fraternity due to plentiful parts and reasonable price tag, check out this weeks example to see just how special the little Citroen can look!

If you’ve ever heard the crunch of your bumper as it crunches into an unseen object you will be interested to hear what Pipes has to show you. He proves that fitting parking sensors is a job that most DIY’ers can tackle.

And check out Zoë Hardman, down at the auction again and trying to make sure our punter doesn’t catch auction fever. Some of the prices are incredible, would you have been tempted?

A big thank you to all this weeks contributors and we hope you enjoy the show.

Happy motoring!

 Come on Ms Mallory, smile!

Classic Rover Vitesse sounded awesome

Pipes... You'll pull a muscle if you are not careful!
